Growcom is committed to providing a safe environment for all attendees. To ensure the success of the 2021 Pineapple Field Days, please stay at home if:

  • You have COVID-19 symptoms including a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
  • You have tested positive for COVID-19
  • You have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • You have returned from overseas in the previous 14 days
  • You have travelled to a COVID-19 Hotspot in the previous 14 days

Growcom will follow all current health directives throughout the event to ensure the safety of attendees. This information will be communicated to ticket holders, on Growcom’s website and social media channels. Please ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information for yourself and your guests.

As a further measure, a temporary isolation room will be constructed within the Bundaberg Multiplex where attendees who become unwell during the event can be isolated.

Refund Policy: At Growcom’s discretion, those unable to attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 result or a direction to isolate, may transfer tickets to another party. Or you may seek a refund if cancelling prior to COB, Friday 25 June 2021.


Attendees are asked to meet at the Bundaberg Multiplex for registration. Buses will depart from the Multiplex at 8:30AM SHARP. Attendees will arrive back at the Multiplex following the Bargara Brewing Company tour at 5:30PM.

NOTE: Bundaberg-based growers have the option to meet at Amaryllys Farming Co at 9AM to join the group.

Attendees are asked to make their own travel arrangements to and from Littabella Pines (232 South Littabella Road, Yandaran QLD 4673) for Day 2.

Parking will be available during the day.

Nominations for the 2021 Australian Pineapple Industry Awards are now closed. To be presented at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 8 July, the Awards are a fantastic way to acknowledge and recognise the outstanding contributions of individuals to the pineapple industry.

There are two award categories this year:

The Col Scott Award – for outstanding contribution to the pineapple industry.

The Rudy Wassman Award – recognising the next-generation of industry professional.
