Fair Farms is excited to announce that Australia’s first Winter Olympic Gold Medallist and sporting icon Steven Bradbury will take centre stage at the upcoming Fair Farms National Conference and Awards as the special keynote speaker.
“I’m excited to share my experiences at the Fair Farms Conference around risk versus reward and how it shaped the building blocks for me to make it to the Olympics,” Steven said.
“Risk and reward influences all our actions both on a personal level and how we operate at our most efficient in the workplace – it influences everyday decisions in our lives and businesses.
“Teamwork is important for the success of any business or individual and I’d like to talk to the benefit of having a team around you that understands fully how risk and reward affect a business.
“Everything comes back to teamwork and in the current workplace it’s more difficult to do things by yourself.”
Growcom CEO Rachel Chambers said Steven’s keynote presentation would be a refreshing approach to business success. Steven and his team minimised risks and capitalised on an opportunity. That’s what we want for all our growers.
Fair Farms Program Manager Sachin Ayachit said Steven’s presentation would allow delegates to takeaway key points to implement in their day-to-day work routine.
“Steven’s presentation will give people the opportunity to hear how someone like Steven capitalised on their capability to make their dreams a reality.”
Steven Bradbury won gold in the 1000m speedskating event at the 2002 Olympics a bronze medal at the 1994 Olympics in the 5000m relay.
